Refunds & Returns Policy

At Saynor MedTech, we are committed to providing high-quality medical aesthetics technology and professional support services. This Refunds & Returns Policy outlines how payments, cancellations, and returns are handled.

1. Payments

  • Orders are confirmed upon receipt of the first payment (“initial payment”).

  • Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed schedule before delivery, installation, or activation of services.

  • All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

2. Refunds on Products

  • Due to the nature of medical and aesthetic devices, refunds are only offered in cases of defective goods or products supplied in error.

  • Any request for a refund must be made in writing within 14 days of delivery.

  • Devices must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • We reserve the right to inspect any returned items before issuing a refund.

3. Refunds on Services

  • For training, compliance, or consultancy services, cancellations made 7 days or more before the agreed start date may be eligible for a full refund of the first payment.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the service start date may be subject to partial refund or credit towards future services, at our discretion.

  • Once training or services have commenced, no refunds will be issued.

4. Finance Agreements

  • Where finance is arranged through third-party providers, refunds and cancellations are subject to the terms of the finance agreement.

  • Saynor MedTech is not responsible for refunding or altering finance arrangements once approved.

5. Returns Procedure

  • To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at info@saynormedtech.com with your order details.

  • Returns must be authorised in writing by Saynor MedTech before being shipped back.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or supplied in error.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Customised or branded devices.

  • Used or opened consumables.

  • Services already delivered in full.
