These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of consultancy services by Saynor Medtech Ltd (“the Company”, “we”, “us”) to any client (“the Client”, “you”).

 

By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

 

 

1. Services

 

Saynor Medtech Ltd provides business development and sales consultancy services, including but not limited to:

 

  • Sales strategy development

  • Outbound framework design

  • CRM and pipeline structuring

  • Revenue optimisation advisory

  • Performance tracking implementation

 

All services are advisory and strategic in nature.

 

 

2. Engagement & Payment

 

  • Services are delivered on a session, project, or retainer basis as agreed in writing.

  • Payment terms will be confirmed prior to commencement.

  • All invoices are payable within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services.

 

All fees are exclusive of VAT (if applicable).

 

 

3. No Guaranteed Results

 

While we provide structured sales guidance and implementation support, Saynor Medtech Ltd does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, lead volumes, or financial results.

 

Sales performance depends on multiple factors outside our direct control, including market conditions and client execution.

 

 

4. Client Responsibilities

 

The Client agrees to:

 

  • Provide accurate information

  • Participate in agreed sessions

  • Implement agreed strategies where required

  • Maintain responsibility for their own business decisions

 

All final business decisions remain the responsibility of the Client.

 

 

5. Confidentiality

 

We respect the confidentiality of all client information.

Any commercially sensitive data shared during consultancy will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, except where legally required.

 

 

6. Intellectual Property

 

All materials, frameworks, templates, and documentation provided by Saynor Medtech Ltd remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Clients are granted a non-transferable licence to use materials internally.

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

Saynor Medtech Ltd shall not be liable for:

 

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Loss of revenue or profit

  • Business interruption

 

Our total liability under any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid for the relevant service.

 

 

8. Termination

 

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice.

 

Outstanding fees for work already delivered remain payable.

 

 

9. Governing Law

 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
