This policy outlines the refund and cancellation terms for consultancy services provided by Saynor Medtech Ltd (“the Company”, “we”, “us”).

 

 

1. Consultancy Services

 

Saynor Medtech Ltd provides professional sales consultancy and business development advisory services. Due to the nature of consultancy work, refunds are limited once services have been delivered.

 

 

2. Cancellations

 

 

Scheduled Sessions

 

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule a booked session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be non-refundable.

 

 

Ongoing Engagements / Retainers

 

  • Either party may terminate an ongoing agreement with written notice.

  • Fees for work already delivered remain payable.

  • Prepaid unused sessions may be refunded at our discretion.

 

 

3. Refunds

 

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

 

  • Payment made in error

  • Duplicate payment

  • Service unable to be delivered due to Company fault

 

Refunds will not be issued for:

 

  • Completed consultancy sessions

  • Partially delivered projects

  • Client dissatisfaction where agreed services were provided

 

As consultancy services involve time allocation and intellectual input, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced.

 

 

4. Processing of Refunds

 

Where a refund is approved:

 

  • It will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider

 

 

5. Consumer Rights

 

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
